A support request at Flare is a structured process through which partners request specific website assistance or enhancements, utilizing a shared Trello board for seamless communication and management. Here’s how it unfolds:

Submission via Trello

Partners submit their support requests by creating a new card on the shared Trello board. Each card details the request, providing necessary information to facilitate assessment and resolution.

Trello Board Management

The board is organized into categories like 'Pending Review', 'In Progress', and 'Completed' to track the lifecycle of each request. This setup allows both Flare and our partners to monitor progress and prioritization efficiently.

Prioritization and Response

Requests are prioritized based on urgency and the specific plan to which the partner is subscribed—Core or Accelerator. Accelerator partners enjoy prioritized support, with a guaranteed maximum 24-hour response time, whereas Core partners receive a maximum 48-hour response time.

Execution and Updates

Our team works on the support requests, updating the Trello board as progress is made. Partners can view real-time updates, engage with comments, and track the resolution process every step of the way.

Resolution and Feedback

Once resolved, the request card is moved to the 'Completed' list, and partners are notified. Feedback can be provided directly on the card, fostering a cycle of continuous improvement and satisfaction.
